Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking
- Conducting thorough candidate screening, interviews, and skills assessments
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilizing ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and pipeline health
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in recruitment software and MS Office Suite
