Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and proactively develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening.
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Conduct professional interviews to assess candidate suitability, technical skills, and cultural fit.
- Negotiate job offers and salary packages between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
- Provide expert consultative advice to both candidates and clients regarding market trends and salary benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- A recognized Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong drive for sales and a results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection and thrive under pressure.
- Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is highly advantageous; otherwise, a willingness to obtain it.
- Prior experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or business-to-business (B2B) sales is preferred.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
