Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and proactively develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and screening.
  • Build and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
  • Conduct professional interviews to assess candidate suitability, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Negotiate job offers and salary packages between clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
  • Provide expert consultative advice to both candidates and clients regarding market trends and salary benchmarks.

Kualifikasi

  • A recognized Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong drive for sales and a results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Resilient personality with the ability to handle rejection and thrive under pressure.
  • Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is highly advantageous; otherwise, a willingness to obtain it.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, telemarketing, or business-to-business (B2B) sales is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
