Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
  • Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Design and execute employee development programs and training initiatives
  • Create and maintain a strong employer brand to attract qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
  • Develop and implement performance management systems
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and HR development
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with HRIS and recruitment software systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
