Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Takaful agents across multiple channels
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates using structured evaluation methods
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract qualified insurance professionals
- Coordinate onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate successfully
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics
- Support hiring strategy development with market trend analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to define staffing requirements
- Prepare employment contracts and manage offer negotiations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in insurance or financial services
- Strong knowledge of Takaful industry practices and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD) is advantageous
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
