Tanggung Jawab

  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for diverse client roles.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms and optimize content to attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and telephone screenings to assess suitability.
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data integrity.
  • Conduct market research to provide insights on industry trends and talent availability.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve recruitment outreach strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in HR or Recruitment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies and processes.
  • Available for full-time commitment and ready to transition into permanent employment soon.
