- Assist in sourcing and screening qualified candidates for various positions
- Post job vacancies on multiple recruitment platforms and company channels
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
- Support candidate onboarding processes and documentation
- Assist in maintaining recruitment databases and reporting metrics
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand departmental needs
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment events
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR principles
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving aptitude
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
