Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple channels
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for diverse positions
- Manage payroll processing including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursements
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations
- Develop and maintain HR documentation including employment contracts and personnel files
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and recruitment plans
- Implement and optimize HR systems for recruitment tracking and payroll management
- Analyze recruitment metrics and payroll data for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment and payroll processing
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations (UU No.13/2003) and payroll taxation
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and applicant tracking systems
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and HRIS software implementation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-cultural sensitivity
- Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy in numerical data handling
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with discretion
