We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will drive our talent acquisition strategy by sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier professionals who align with our company values. You'll collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, implement innovative recruitment campaigns, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial application to onboarding. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational growth while developing your expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes within a fast-paced BPO environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
  • Implement recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hires
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and generate reports
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
  • Conduct background checks and reference verification for final candidates

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably in BPO or call center environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations
