We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in Mandaue City, Cebu. In this pivotal role, you will drive our talent acquisition strategy by sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier professionals who align with our company values. You'll collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, implement innovative recruitment campaigns, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial application to onboarding. Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities
- Implement recruitment strategies to improve hiring efficiency and quality of hires
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and generate reports
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies
- Conduct background checks and reference verification for final candidates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, preferably in BPO or call center environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations
