Tanggung Jawab

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
  • Screen and review applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Provide recruitment reports and insights to management team

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to source and screen candidates effectively
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and online job boards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment and manage multiple recruitment assignments
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices is an advantage
