Tanggung Jawab
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Screen and review applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage the candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Provide recruitment reports and insights to management team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR generalist role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to source and screen candidates effectively
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and online job boards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced BPO environment and manage multiple recruitment assignments
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with a sense of urgency
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices is an advantage
