Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct effective screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the wellness, hospitality, or service industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRIS software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively.
