Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify high-quality candidates.
- Conduct effective screening interviews and coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the wellness, hospitality, or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using HRIS software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines effectively.
