We're seeking a strategic talent acquisition expert to drive our recruitment excellence and build a high-performing workforce. In this pivotal role, you'll orchestrate the entire hiring lifecycle—from sourcing passive candidates through innovative channels to negotiating offers that align with our company culture. Leverage your expertise to create compelling employer branding initiatives and optimize our recruitment funnel to attract top-tier professionals in Indonesia's competitive F&B sector. Collaborate closely with department heads to translate business needs into targeted talent acquisition strategies, ensuring our ice cream empire continues to expand with exceptional talent.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for all organizational levels
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate skills/cultural fit
- Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Optimize applicant tracking system (ATS) for efficient candidate management
- Implement employer branding initiatives to enhance company reputation
- Analyze recruitment metrics and report on KPIs to HR leadership
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations in hiring practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced consumer goods industry
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate sourcing methodologies
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven approach with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal)
