Tanggung Jawab

  • Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates matching job requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse candidates
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
