Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates matching job requirements
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand departmental staffing needs
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment metrics
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor regulations throughout the hiring process
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse candidates
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
