Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals)
- Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create job descriptions
- Implement recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring efficiency
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company recruitment policies
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate relationship management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience with preference for healthcare/tech industries
- Native or fluent English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and recruitment best practices
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and implement process improvements
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP) is highly desirable
