Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Conduct candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate cultural fit and technical competencies
- Maintain and update HR databases and recruitment documentation
- Provide administrative HR support including contract preparation and onboarding coordination
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Organize recruitment activities including job fairs and campus outreach programs
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and analytics for leadership review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent in Mandarin (written and spoken) with professional proficiency in English
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR administration
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proven ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
