Tanggung Jawab
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from application to onboarding
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate data
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure consistent candidate experience and process efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment or HR experience
- Strong proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment pipelines
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations and recruitment best practices
- Proven track record of successful candidate placements
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
