Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment frameworks aligned with company objectives and growth plans
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume hiring across multiple departments and levels
- Optimize and continuously improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience
- Lead employer branding initiatives and build strategic partnerships with universities and recruitment channels
- Mentor and guide the recruitment team to achieve KPIs and performance targets
- Utilize data analytics to track recruitment metrics, generate insights, and report to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal HR policies throughout hiring processes
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in recruitment or HR management (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is highly advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years solid recruitment experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition across various levels
- Expertise in modern sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, social media hiring tools)
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software
- Strong command of English; Filipino language proficiency is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
