Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using creative sourcing techniques and networking.
- Conduct structured interviews and coordinate assessment centers with department heads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives and job postings.
- Optimize job descriptions and recruitment campaigns on various platforms.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and HR regulations in Indonesia.
- Mentor junior recruiters and provide feedback to improve hiring efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior recruiters effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Deep understanding of labor laws and recruitment best practices in Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
