You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycles, identifying top-tier talent to support our growing business needs. Beyond hiring, you will take charge of performance management systems and curate impactful training and development programs that empower our workforce. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Drive performance management processes, ensuring fair evaluation cycles and professional development tracking.
- Design and facilitate training programs to bridge skill gaps and foster career growth within the organization.
- Champion employee engagement initiatives to boost morale, retention, and workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare detailed analytical reports on recruitment and training KPIs.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically with a focus on talent acquisition and L&D.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment and organizing successful training workshops.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
