Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top industry talent
- Design, implement, and evaluate employee training programs for skill development
- Conduct needs assessments to identify organizational training requirements
- Monitor training effectiveness and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment with business objectives
- Maintain compliance with HR regulations and employment laws
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-fill
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment and training roles
- Proven expertise in employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
- Certification in HR practices or training methodologies (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
- Strong analytical skills with experience using HRIS and recruitment software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Project management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver complex initiatives
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR compliance requirements
