Are you a data-driven professional with a passion for human resources? Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented HR Reporting Analyst to join our team in Eastwood, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our data strategy, responsible for centralizing, automating, and elevating reporting across our entire Recruitment and HR landscape.

You will translate complex data sets into actionable insights that drive business decisions, improve recruitment velocity, and enhance employee retention strategies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated HR dashboards and recurring reports for Recruitment and HR KPIs.
  • Analyze recruitment funnel data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements for hiring efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to define reporting requirements and deliver high-quality, accurate data visualizations.
  • Perform regular data audits to ensure integrity and compliance across HRIS and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Develop predictive models to forecast hiring needs and employee turnover trends.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual executive summaries on HR performance metrics.
  • Support the HR department in ad-hoc data requests and deep-dive investigations into workforce analytics.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, specifically within HR or Recruitment functions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics such as Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Attrition Rates.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot trends and inconsistencies in large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
