Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
- Develop and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention
- Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, career development, and performance management systems
- Advise leadership on organizational development strategies and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Conduct HR-related investigations and resolve employee relations issues effectively
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in HR processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior advisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage complex employee relations situations with tact and discretion
- Experience developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
