Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters
  • Develop and implement HR programs that enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention
  • Lead talent management initiatives including succession planning, career development, and performance management systems
  • Advise leadership on organizational development strategies and workforce planning
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Conduct HR-related investigations and resolve employee relations issues effectively
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in HR processes

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a senior advisory role
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex employee relations situations with tact and discretion
  • Experience developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
