Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Oversee statutory compliance including CPF, IR8A filings, and labor law adherence
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR reporting systems for workforce analytics
- Coordinate employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR documentation processes
- Support talent acquisition initiatives through recruitment coordination and candidate management
- Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Singaporean regulations
- Assist in employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience with payroll and compliance focus
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and payroll software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret HR metrics
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to manage confidential information
