Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Malaysian labor laws
- Handle employee relations matters including grievances and conflict resolution
- Oversee compensation and benefits administration
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage employee development programs
- Ensure HR compliance with statutory requirements and company policies
- Manage HR documentation and maintain employee records
- Support organizational development initiatives and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR experience with focus on recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and labor regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) preferred
- Experience handling employee relations matters
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
