Are you a strategic HR professional looking to make a significant impact? UangMe is seeking a dedicated HR Senior Generalist to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will drive our human capital initiatives, ensuring our employees feel valued, supported, and aligned with our company vision.

As the HR Senior Generalist, you will act as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of HR operations, from payroll processing and benefits administration to fostering a positive work culture and ensuring strict compliance with Indonesian labor regulations. You will work closely with leadership to develop HR strategies that support business growth.

We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can navigate complex employee relations issues while implementing best practices for talent management and retention.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and benefits management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage employee relations, acting as a mediator in conflicts and providing guidance to staff and management.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to meet organizational needs.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates and coordinating the interview process.
  • Conduct performance reviews and implement employee engagement programs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Deep knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and labor regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-oriented environment.
