- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing and HR service delivery operations
- Lead and develop high-performing HR service delivery teams
- Implement process improvements and system optimizations for HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations

- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision making
- Manage vendor relationships and HR technology implementations

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR operations experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expertise in payroll processing and HR service delivery systems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting
- Proven track record in process improvement and change management
- Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Experience with HRIS platforms (SAP, Workday, or Oracle)
