Tanggung Jawab
- Support daily HR operations including employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor laws
- Coordinate with payroll department to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
- Assist in managing employee benefits administration and resolve related inquiries
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across all departments
- Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
- Collaborate with recruitment team to coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
- Generate HR reports and analytics for management review and decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field from a reputable university
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, employee services, or generalist roles
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations (UU Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS systems
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
