Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Philippine labor laws
- Coordinate employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
- Oversee employee records management and HR documentation
- Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities
- Conduct performance management cycles and provide HR analytics
- Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR/recruitment experience in tech or BPO industry
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality
- Project management skills with attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
