Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Philippine labor laws
  • Coordinate employee relations initiatives and conflict resolution
  • Oversee employee records management and HR documentation
  • Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities
  • Conduct performance management cycles and provide HR analytics
  • Support organizational development initiatives and culture-building activities

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of HR/recruitment experience in tech or BPO industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor standards and DOLE regulations
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality
  • Project management skills with attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
