Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of employee compensation
- Address employee relations concerns through conflict mediation and policy guidance
- Oversee HR operations including records management and policy implementation
- Develop and execute HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws and company regulations
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience with functional expertise in recruitment/payroll/ER/operations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS and payroll processing software
- Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion
- Certification in HR management (e.g., SHRM-CP) preferred
