Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process to secure top-tier talent for global business units.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from seamless onboarding to professional offboarding procedures.
- Provide expert guidance on Philippine Labor Law compliance and internal company policies.
- Collaborate with global HR partners to implement and localize corporate HR initiatives.
- Oversee performance management cycles, ensuring objective evaluations and career development planning.
- Facilitate employee relations programs and mediate workplace grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
- Maintain and audit HRIS data integrity, providing insightful reports for management decision-making.
- Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a related business field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in an HR Generalist or Specialist role.
- Strong working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and local statutory requirements.
- Previous experience working within a multinational company (MNC) or global shared services environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a BGC-based corporate setting.
