Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Handle employee relations matters by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and implementing workplace solutions
- Administer compensation and benefits programs including payroll processing, leave management, and benefits enrollment
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company HR policies through documentation audits and policy updates
- Develop and execute HR initiatives including employee onboarding, training programs, and engagement activities
- Maintain accurate HR records using HRIS systems and generate reports for management decision-making
- Support organizational development by assisting in performance management processes and succession planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions with recruitment and employee relations focus
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and DOLE regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to maintain confidential information
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- HR certification (e.g., PHRi) is an advantage
