Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Administer employee benefits, leave records, and compensation-related documentation.
- Facilitate employee relations initiatives to resolve grievances and foster a healthy, collaborative work environment.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, workshops, and training sessions.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review regarding turnover, headcount, and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of organizational policies and internal procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in an HR generalist or specialist role.
- Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism.
- Residing in or willing to work in Mexico, Pampanga.
