Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure proper documentation
- Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Support organizational development initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare necessary reports for management
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the financial services or lending industry
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
