You will develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws, and manage employee records and documentation. Additionally, you will assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.

- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee relations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and HR information systems
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave programs
- Conduct new employee orientations and training sessions as needed
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to management for strategic decision-making
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR generalist or specialist role
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
