Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR regulations
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment pipelines simultaneously
- Experience in candidate sourcing through multiple channels
- Certification in HR or recruitment is an advantage
