We seek a proactive HR professional who will partner with department heads to optimize workforce performance, develop robust HR programs, and maintain positive employee relations. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws
- Handle employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll systems accurately
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Maintain HR databases and generate workforce analytics reports
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience in manufacturing or agricultural sector
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHRi, SHRM-CP) preferred
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee matters confidentially
