As our HR Specialist, you'll be the central point of contact for all employee-related matters, from onboarding to performance management. You'll collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs, implement effective recruitment strategies, and develop programs that enhance employee engagement and retention. This position requires a blend of operational excellence and strategic thinking to support our workforce expansion while maintaining a supportive work environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and hiring decisions
  • Administer employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration into company culture
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and policy implementation
  • Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases using HRIS systems
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and propose improvements to HR initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of generalist HR experience in logistics or manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and SSS/PhilHealth contributions
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to handle sensitive matters
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • SHRM-CP or equivalent HR certification preferred
