Tanggung Jawab
- Manage comprehensive employee administration including contracts, attendance records, and payroll processing
- Oversee BPJS (Indonesian social security) administration and compliance documentation
- Coordinate recruitment activities, from job postings to interview scheduling and onboarding
- Maintain accurate employee databases and generate HR reports for management
- Support employee relations initiatives and resolve workplace concerns
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies
- Assist in developing HR programs for employee engagement and retention
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration roles
- Proficiency in Indonesian labor regulations and BPJS procedures
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
