You'll collaborate with insurance providers, manage enrollment processes, and serve as the primary benefits resource for staff inquiries. Tanggung Jawab
- Administer and optimize employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations with precision and timeliness
- Coordinate with insurance vendors and third-party administrators for seamless processing
- Prepare benefits-related reports and documentation for compliance and analysis
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits coverage, claims, and policy changes
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulatory changes affecting benefits administration
- Assist in annual benefits open enrollment and communication campaigns
- Collaborate with payroll team to ensure accurate benefits deductions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in benefits administration or HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and SSS, PhilHealth, and HDMF regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving approach with analytical mindset
