Asticom is looking for a detail-oriented HR Specialist (Compensation & Benefits) to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Bonifacio Global City. In this role, you will be the backbone of our employee experience, ensuring that our workforce is well-supported through effective administration and management of our benefits ecosystem.

You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in our compensation frameworks. Tanggung Jawab

  • Administer and manage end-to-end employee benefits programs, including HMO/health insurance, group life insurance, and wellness initiatives.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and timely remittals.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS, ensuring data integrity for payroll integration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefit eligibility, claims, and coverage.
  • Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits documentation to ensure policy alignment.
  • Support the annual compensation review process by gathering data and preparing analysis reports.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and insurance providers to resolve benefit-related issues efficiently.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory benefit regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach to employee support.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict payroll-related deadlines.
