- Design, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures and comprehensive benefits programs aligned with industry benchmarks
- Conduct market research and salary benchmarking to ensure equitable compensation practices across all roles
- Manage end-to-end benefits administration including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management
- Ensure strict compliance with Philippine labor laws, government regulations, and company policies
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for leadership on pay equity, market positioning, and program effectiveness
- Lead annual compensation reviews, promotions, and adjustments while maintaining consistency and fairness
- Develop and deliver employee communications on compensation plans, benefits updates, and policy changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
- Minimum 3 years of specialized experience in compensation and benefits administration
- Expert knowledge of Philippine labor laws, particularly on compensation structures and benefits regulations
- Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and compensation analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee consultations and leadership presentations
- Proven track record of developing and implementing benefits programs that enhance employee retention
