Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update accurate employee records within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) with 100% data integrity.
- Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports to track key performance metrics and headcount.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and internal corporate policies during internal and external audits.
- Manage the lifecycle of employee data, from onboarding and status changes to offboarding procedures.
- Collaborate with the payroll department to ensure all compensation and benefits data is reflected correctly.
- Streamline and document HR data management processes to improve departmental efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training for HR systems to employees and management as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in HR administration, data management, or similar support roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, data visualization).
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to spot discrepancies.
- Excellent knowledge of Philippine labor laws and data privacy regulations (DPA 2012).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards.
