Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with company goals and market standards
- Conduct thorough investigations of employee complaints and recommend appropriate solutions while maintaining confidentiality
- Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws to ensure compliance
- Administer employee compensation packages including salary reviews, bonuses, and incentive programs
- Coordinate employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
- Prepare comprehensive reports on employee relations metrics and present findings to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR with focus on employee relations or compensation and benefits
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and employment regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, CPHR) or labor relations are advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree holder willing to grow in HR career
