Total Information Management Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist - Employee Relations to join our team in Makati City. In this role, you will serve as a key advocate for our workforce, ensuring that employee welfare, organizational policies, and labor compliance are seamlessly aligned.

As an HR Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for resolving grievances, managing employee engagement initiatives, and providing expert guidance on labor relations. We are looking for an empathetic, objective, and highly communicative individual who can handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism. You will play a vital role in fostering an environment where every team member feels valued, heard, and supported.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace disputes and provide actionable recommendations to management.
  • Maintain and update company handbooks, policies, and procedures to ensure alignment with current Philippine labor laws.
  • Lead employee engagement programs and wellness initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Act as an advisor to department heads on performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution strategies.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and meticulous documentation of all employee relations cases.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR programs that promote a diverse, inclusive, and ethical working environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or a generalist HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and employment regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
  • Proven ability to remain objective and professional when handling high-stress or sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict mediation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
