You will play a crucial role in conflict resolution, investigating grievances, and maintaining a harmonious workplace culture. Tanggung Jawab
- Handle day-to-day employee relations inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Conduct thorough investigations into employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary matters.
- Resolve workplace disputes through mediation and conflict resolution techniques.
- Administer and update employee handbooks, policies, and HR documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to address performance management issues and coaching needs.
- Organize and facilitate employee engagement activities to improve morale.
- Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and regulations (DOLE) in the Philippines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations or HR Generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
