Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employee relations and engagement
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
