Streamlined Campaigns is seeking a strategic and proactive HR Specialist to lead our Learning & Development (L&D) and Performance Management initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will drive our mission to foster a culture of continuous growth and excellence. You will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that align with our business objectives, while also managing the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute Learning & Development (L&D) strategies and training programs.
- Manage the full performance management cycle, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
- Identify training needs through employee surveys and performance analysis.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
- Administer HRIS systems to maintain accurate employee records and learning logs.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between talent development and business goals.
- Monitor employee engagement and recommend initiatives to improve workplace culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR, specifically in Learning & Development and Performance Management.
- Strong understanding of performance appraisal tools and methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or digital-first work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
