Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
- Administer employee benefits, leave management, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and government regulations.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and professional development planning.
- Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
- Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and handbook updates to maintain organizational consistency.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives to improve workplace morale.
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government mandates (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and standard HR practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
