HUKL Consultants OPC is seeking a highly motivated HR Specialist (Generalist) to join our team in Malolos City, Bulacan. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the heartbeat of our workplace, bridging the gap between management and employees while ensuring our HR operations run seamlessly.

As an HR Specialist, you will wear many hats, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and compliance. We are looking for an individual who is not only process-oriented but also possesses excellent interpersonal skills to foster a positive, productive, and inclusive company culture. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new talent.
  • Administer employee benefits, leave management, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and government regulations.
  • Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and professional development planning.
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances with professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist in the implementation of company policies, procedures, and handbook updates to maintain organizational consistency.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives to improve workplace morale.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, government mandates (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and standard HR practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software/HRIS.
  • High level of organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
