Join HUKL Consultants OPC as a key HR Specialist (Generalist) and drive our human resources initiatives forward. This pivotal role encompasses full-cycle recruitment, strategic employee relations management, performance optimization, comprehensive benefits administration, and strict regulatory compliance. You'll serve as the central point of contact for all HR operations, fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Full-cycle recruitment management including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of qualified candidates
- Administer employee relations programs, conflict resolution, and performance management systems
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compensation reviews
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and confidential data systems
- Coordinate training programs and organizational development activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience in the Philippines
- Deep knowledge of Philippine labor standards, DOLE regulations, and SSS/HDMF requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills with conflict resolution and mediation expertise
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- SHRM-CP/SCP certification or equivalent HR credentials preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or consulting industry advantageous
