In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end Human Resources lifecycle, focusing on recruitment, payroll administration, and strict compliance with labor laws. As the HR Operations Specialist, you will act as the backbone of our HR department, ensuring that our workforce is managed efficiently and legally. You will be responsible for the accuracy of our payroll, the smooth execution of recruitment processes, and maintaining up-to-date compliance records. This is an immediate onboarding opportunity for a dedicated professional ready to make a tangible difference in our organizational culture and drive operational excellence.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and coordinating new hire onboarding.
  • Oversee and process monthly payroll accurately, ensuring timely disbursement and correct handling of tax and statutory contributions.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, and company policies to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a positive transition for all staff members.
  • Manage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data, maintaining employee records with the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Support performance management programs and handle employee relations inquiries professionally and empathetically.
  • Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and enhance overall organizational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, or generalist HR roles.
  • Strong working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and payroll processing standards.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications (Excel is essential for data analysis).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
