In this role, you will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring that our employee data is managed with the highest level of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency.

As an HR Specialist at Asticom, you will play a critical role in supporting our workforce by maintaining robust HR information systems and ensuring compliance with company policies. We are looking for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience through precise administrative support. Tanggung Jawab

  • Maintain and update accurate employee records within HRIS databases.
  • Ensure 100% data integrity and confidentiality regarding sensitive personnel information.
  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings and applicant screening.
  • Assist in the preparation of regular HR reports and analytics for management.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate seamless employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Manage employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and payroll concerns.
  • Assist in the administration of company-wide HR initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal documentation standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and build relationships across departments.
  • Understanding of Philippine labor laws and payroll processing is a significant advantage.
